Our Story
Bethel House of Worship Prayer Line Altar began with a desire to create a consistent and dependable place where people could gather in faith and pray for one another. What started as a prayer-focused vision has grown into a broader ministry serving individuals, families, young people, and communities through worship, outreach, spiritual encouragement, and compassionate care. Our mission is to provide an inclusive Christian platform for prayer, worship, biblical teaching, spiritual encouragement, compassionate outreach, and family support. We seek to help people deepen their relationship with God, discover hope in difficult circumstances, develop their spiritual gifts, and serve others with love, dignity, and integrity.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to connect people with God and one another through meaningful prayer, worship, fellowship, education, and service. We exist to encourage those who feel discouraged, support those experiencing hardship, strengthen families, nurture young people, and create opportunities for believers to use their gifts in service to others.
Why “Bethel”?
The name “Bethel” means “House of God.” It represents a place of divine encounter, worship, prayer, renewal, and spiritual belonging. For us, Bethel is more than a physical location—it is a community where people can seek God sincerely, receive encouragement, and leave strengthened to live with greater faith, love, and purpose.
The “Prayer Line Altar” represents a sacred meeting place that connects people across distances. It reminds us that wherever people gather sincerely in prayer, hearts can be united and lives can be encouraged.
What We Believe

What We Do
Bethel House of Worship Prayer Line Altar provides opportunities for individuals and families to participate in prayer-line gatherings, worship services, Bible study, spiritual encouragement, leadership development, youth and family activities, community outreach, and compassionate-care programs. We also receive prayer requests and offer confidential spiritual support to people facing illness, grief, fear, family challenges, unemployment, loneliness, addiction, financial hardship, or other difficult circumstances.
Our services are delivered through telephone prayer sessions, virtual platforms, community activities, special programs, and partnerships with churches, nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and community leaders.
Our Leadership
Bethel House of Worship Prayer Line Altar is guided by dedicated spiritual leaders, board members, ministry coordinators, volunteers, and community partners who share a commitment to faithful service and responsible governance. Our leaders work together to protect the organization’s mission, oversee its programs, manage its resources responsibly, and ensure that our activities reflect our Christian values.

Our Ministries
Our Worship and Prayer Ministry leads prayer gatherings, worship experiences, intercession, thanksgiving, and biblical reflection. The Community Outreach Ministry supports vulnerable individuals and families through compassionate service, charitable activities, referrals, and partnerships. The Youth and Family Ministry promotes spiritual growth, mentorship, healthy relationships, leadership development, and stronger families.
Our Healing and Deliverance Ministry provides confidential prayer and spiritual encouragement to individuals seeking healing, freedom, restoration, and renewed hope. The Women’s Empowerment and Fellowship Ministry helps women grow spiritually, develop their gifts, strengthen relationships, and pursue their God-given purpose. The Compassion and Care Ministry serves people experiencing sickness, bereavement, isolation, disability, financial hardship, and major life transitions.
Our Prayer Line
Our prayer line offers an accessible place where people can pray together from different locations. Participants may join to worship, listen to Scripture, receive encouragement, share testimonies, present prayer requests, or stand in prayer for others. We seek to maintain a respectful, confidential, orderly, and spiritually uplifting environment during every gathering.
You do not have to face life’s difficulties alone. Our prayer community is prepared to listen, pray, encourage, and walk with you in faith.
Our Commitment to the Community
We are committed to serving beyond the walls of the church. Our outreach efforts are designed to respond to spiritual and practical needs within the community, especially among people experiencing hardship or isolation. Depending on available resources and partnerships, our activities may include food and clothing assistance, family support, youth mentorship, health and wellness education, visits to people who are sick or grieving, referrals to community services, and emergency compassionate assistance.
Support is offered with dignity and without discrimination. Participation in religious activities is not required as a condition for receiving charitable assistance.
A Safe and Responsible Ministry
We are committed to creating a safe environment for children, young people, vulnerable adults, volunteers, ministry leaders, and everyone who participates in our programs. We promote appropriate conduct, confidentiality, safeguarding, financial accountability, and responsible leadership.

When appropriate, we encourage individuals to seek assistance from qualified professionals.
